1200V / 1700V Gate Drives

    The AP12 and AP17 Amantys Gate Drives incorporate Amantys Power Insight technology to allow remote configuration of the IGBTs in a converter system.
    Capable of driving IGBT modules from different manufacturers, these gate drives reduce inventory for users who want flexibility in design and sourcing.
    The gate drives are suitable for 2-level and multi-level converters in a wide variety of applications.

Power Insight Adapter

    Monitoring these parameters allows the inverter designer to understand the mission profile and
    performance of the system, to perform data logging of long term system performance and
    to be able to remotely configure the gate drivers to optimise the power conversion process.
    The Amantys Power Insight Adapter can drive four channels independently or interface two existing channels into an existing system.
    The configuration of the gate drive is performed using a USB port via a personal computer.
    Data acquisition can be streamed from the Power Insight Adapter via USB or Ethernet interfaces.

Isolated DC-DC Converter

    The isolated DC-DC Converter is a power supply intended for use with 3300V, 4500V and 6500V IGBT modules in the high isolation voltage 190x140mm package.
    The isolated DC-DC converter has a maximum power output of 15W and a peak efficiency of up to 90%.
    It can be configured to accept a nominal input voltage of 15V or 24V for compatibility with a wide range of applications.
    The isolated DC-DC converter also features overload, short circuit protection and input overvoltage resilience.
